Terms, Defined

"Client" is any resort, lender or otherwise user that has a contractual agreement with Equiant to use the Equiant platform.

All Communications, except for Personal Data, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, will become the property of Equiant and may be used for purposes described herein.
